I have been to India and someday hope to return. It is a wondrous study in contrast. The most beautiful by-product of this contrast, is the "masters" who arise from it.
Human beings who have risen above the illusion of suffering and the drama that creates it.
We are blessed to have one such master with us Wednesday night, January 4th at 7pm at the Stafford Woods Conference Center. (See directions below.)
Are you interested in learning how to use prayerful meditation as a profound tool in your spiritual journey? If so, our Hindu guest, Sam Adettiwar can show you the way.
He will lead us in the most simple and yet, in my opinion, the most profound practice, that of breath awareness. From there he will take us into mindfulness meditation. Then we will
open the room to "Dharma" conversation; a spontaneous experience and exploration into truth.
We will begin by asking the following questions:

* How meditation can be used to pursue truth?
* What is peace?
* How meditation can be used to experience peace?
* What is love?
* How meditation can be used to cultivate love?
* "One Human Family" What does it mean to you?
* How meditation can be used to promote co-existence and oneness?
